About Five Star Professional Cleaning Services, Inc.

Five Star Professional Cleaning Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Jennifer Harsma, a Siouxland native that has enjoyed cleaning from a young age and decided early on to strike out as an entrepreneur and start her own company. Five Star became a reality and opened its doors in early 2000, and Jennifer has never looked back!

Partnering with her husband, Chad Harsma, who manages the Light Industrial, VCT Floor Care, Carpet Cleaning and Window Washing divisions, Five Star was able to extend beyond its waiting list for Commercial Office Cleaning Services and offer clients a more well-rounded, one-stop shop for all of their cleaning needs.

Five Star employees are hired based on their attention to detail and honest work ethic. They are put through a thorough background check, including references. Upon hire, they are trained by an experienced supervisor and shadowed for a period of time to make sure that they understand the level of quality and service that we deliver at Five Star Professional Cleaning Services, Inc. All employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance for their safety and your peace of mind. They work in teams of two or more to ensure the quality and coverage needed for each job.
