OUR "PROVEN PROCESS" IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING MODEL:

EMPLOYEES

Five Star Professional Cleaning Services, Inc. offers exceptional service by hiring the best employees to perform the work, people who love cleaning. The hiring process starts with a multi-level interview session. Next, a national and county criminal background check is conducted. Once fully screened, cleaners receive their initial orientation through our professional Human Resources department.


TRAINING

Five Star Professional Cleaning Services, Inc. employees receive technical training on your site's specific cleaning needs according to your industry's standards. Our managers receive training through BSCAI's (Building Service Contractor's Association International) multiple programs tailored specifically to our industry. Each employee receives Safety Training specific to the job, also detailed in our Employee Handbook.

QUALITY CONTROL

Five Star Professional Cleaning Services, Inc. holds quality control meetings with each client regularly to ensure our client's needs are being met continually. In these meetings, we discuss any questions or concerns anyone has with the facility and our cleaning performances. Likewise, we also hold quality control meetings with our Supervisors and Management to communicate any new findings from these client meetings. Communication is key!
